RWS Trados Studio

1. Description

It is not possible to directly connect translationstudio to Trados Studio, because it is a desktop application and does not offer an API translationstudio can connect to.

Hoever, it is possible to connect to Trados Studio via RWS Language Cloud.

As of March, 2021, Trados Studio 2019 (latest service packs) and 2021 connect directly to Language Cloud and no plugin needed.

2. Requirements

In order to use translationstudio, the following requirements have to be met:

You need translationstudio’s RWS Language Cloud connector
You need to have a Language Cloud account with an API URL and valid credentials.
